Our unique venue space features lawns lined with country gardens leading to a covered patio space and our large 60 by 30 foot event platform overlooking the Mad River. Our house can accommodate lodging for 14 guests. Our Event space can host up to 60 guests with tent, tables and chairs available.
Fun fact! The event platform was created from the previous owner’s paddle tennis court! Click here to learn more about the history of The Warren House.
Basic Information
Our event season runs from May to October. The space features grassy lawns with gardens leading down to a covered patio and the event platform. We provide an event tent that can be configured to the size of your liking on the platform, as well as tables and chairs for your event guests. Our maximum capacity is 60 guests. An Event bathroom is located off the patio.

These are to give you an idea of what your event could look like and the fun we had! The Rusty Bones had the place rockin with the best jams! They would love to return and play at your event! We have done extensive landscaping since this. The inventory is not exactly the same as what we have to offer but close. We did a group hike of Mount Abraham, just five minutes away for a 360 degree view!
